Favorite Question for Screening Tenants
What is your favorite/best question YOU ask when screening potential tenants for a long term rental? What has been most telling in whether or not they will be great tenants?

@Heather Reed. Why are you moving?
Now, my question for you....what do you mean by "long term rental"? I hope you don't mean a long term lease for a tenant. 1 year at at time is sufficient, and many will tell you MTM lease is best.
