Introduction for Rental

Hello, I am helping my girlfriend move out and was wondering which of these introductions would best be appealing to a landlord, all feedback is more than welcome and truly appreciated!

I am 20 years old and currently reside in San Diego, California. I have been living here for the past four years in the same house with roommates and looking to relocate to a more quiet and peaceful area.

I'm originally from Scandinavia and miss the lakes and the peace. I grew up living on a farm, surrounded by nature and animals.

I have two well trained bulldog mixes, no other pets.

I'm financially stable, and more than able to pay first and last month's rent as required. I am also more than willing to put a deposit to show I am serious.

I intend to stay awhile so vacancy would not be an issue on your end.

I am a sober person, I do not smoke, drink or use drugs. I am not a party person either.

I would be moving in alone, with my dogs.

I know I am young but can assure you very mature, an old soul and would not cause you any troubles.

It would be life changing if you could grant me the chance of moving into your trailer!
