I have decided to finally take action so my goals for 2018 are to buy my first two investment properties.

Through the years, kids attitudes and action/reaction to the same situations have changed. 

I’ve been doing research for awhile now and needed to finally take action.

Any suggestions around taking legal action against the company owners, lodging complaints to BBB and other media outlets to publicize their unfairly actions … especially as their intentions looked fraudulent to start with (person that I had approved and thought was my tenant had never applied and turns out to be someone else.

@Austin Nason - You've had a mountain of actionable feedback. - Why do you want to become a RE Agent? 

If I was ever having that much trouble finding interest, I'd list it with my own realtor, and they would handle the screening/showings freeing up my time as well, but if I'm doing all that myself no way is a tenant's realtor getting a piece of the action unless I'm desperate.

I also haven’t talked to any agents where I’m looking to invest (Memphis, Tn) so I haven’t found anything Yet but it my next actionable step.
