How much should I pay a renter's realtor?

Hi all,

I have a potential renter who is using a realtor.  I'm managing my rental house on my own, from listing, to showing, to background checks, and contract signing. My question is, what is a fair commission to the realtor for finding my house.  Thank you all in advance for you responses.

If your market is strong enough put no agents in your listings,, I'd not want to pay an extra dime to anyone if I was doing my own background checks and showings.

You don't have to take their clients.
