I know a lot of people target the travel nurse demographic, but there are also a lot of patients that come for long-term treatments and need housing.Does anyone have experience catering to this demographic, and what are your thoughts on making the house ADA compliant? 

I called the building official and he said that they've been in court for the past 2 years trying to get the property demolished and the last they heard was that the owner was in prison in TN.

Is it because the rent ready’s are taking too long, or we have very little turnover.

They should be negotiable on this, as long as you use a professional, but it's ultimately their choice.

Make sure your accountant knows you lived in it for 2 years of the last 5 to avoid that cap gains tax.

I thought this issue was resolved after the last incident.I now dread having repairs done in the unit.
