Townhouse buy & hold investment in Frederick.

Purchase price: $290,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $420,000

4 Bed 4 Bath Townhouse that I bought at beginning of covid for $290,000. Lived in it for over 2 years and rented it out for $1,000 profit a month for one year and then sold.
