Give the company a call before you order, tell them the scenario and they should be able to send you the right product with instructions to hopefully bail you out of this.

Move Out Instructions and a Charge Check List are important.

In case I missed crazy during pre-screening and I show it to them, the applications are hidden in a cupboard.  

Someone, either the real estate agent or perhaps the escrow officer, cut my signature out of a copy of a set of amended escrow instructions that I actually did sign, and taped or glued it onto another amended escrow instructions that I absolutely did not sign.

That along with keeping your documents either locked up or in safe files on your computers are the best way to keep personal information hidden. 

Unless your state landlord tennat regulation instruct otherwise it is not a applicants right to know.

Depending on the age and material of the pipes, it is entirely possible for them to "burn" clear through the drain line, creating leaks that will require replacing pipes hidden in the wall or under the floor.
