I'm sure insurance specialists on BP will chime in with helpful information.I'd recommend seeking another opinion from an insurance agent who can list and explain coverage options.

Initially I had thought that this company only does property management, but as it turns out they help the investor from A to Z, when it comes to finding appropriate agents, lenders, contractors, handymen, managing rehabs, management, providing advice on the best investment strategy, etc. 

I was hoping the VA could help with this but I am not sure how to do this with getting another account banned.

@Jennifer Brown;  normally I would either seek more info to help out on a posters question or give some direction on your Real Estate Investment path.  

California does not recognize series LLCs.You also want to look at whether a pass-through entity helps your bottom line and your taxes.

Could be a real opportunity!
