Keep yourself open to both types of guests so list on both the OTAs as well as Furnished Finder.

There is a huge demand for furnished housing.

Personally, I do not.This is for 2 reasons: 1) I stay completely full using only Furnished Finder, and 2) I don't trust Airbnb.

I've run comps every which way to Sunday, and even with cutting in a property management company for 25% to run it from afar, considering the renovations and furnishing costs, we'd still be able to make a positive annual net yield and c-o-c at about 57% occupancy. 

I'm wondering if it would be worth it to furnish it and list it as a short term rental particularly for traveling nurses.
