You'll have wasted so much time, money, frustration on the 34 that didn't sell the extra 2 wouldn't even matter.

Long distance landlording can be stressful and frustrating even with a management company. 

Could cause a frustrating timing issue though.

I had a client purchase a property and he thought that most of the remodel that he wanted to complete was going to be very simple. 2 months later, he's very happy in his new home, but the money going out the door despite the fact that he is living in his remodel is frustrating him a bit.

Regarding the hassles of being a landlord, yea there are some and it can be extremely frustrating at times but I love it.

As far as an experience, it was frustrating.

I'm at the point of frustration right now because I feel unemployed at the moment with how little I'm doing BUT I'm going to stick to my numbers no matter what. 

Hey @Patrick Britton - I completely understand your frustration, however, I think it's a pretty generalized statement to say all southside tenants are bad and will take advantage of you. 

So frustrating, but now you're better off for it and I reckon any maintenance calls with pale in comparison to that whole saga.
