I already ordered the book “Building Wealth one house at a time” and I been putting my nose into any and all information I can get.

A great book to start with is ABC of Real Estate.

There's a "rare" case of the property owner declaring bankruptcy before the day of the sale... you can lose your entire bid amount that way... that's atleast what a lawyer stated in a consultation.I don't honestly think I have a snowball's chance of getting a property that a bank, who hasn't already redeemed it, is going to think is worth their time to pursue me after it's finalized - but I'd be lying if I said that didn't spook me a bit.  

So I’m finally moving and leasing out my current homes.

I have started reading books on real estate and doing as much research as I can to gain the knowledge I need to find and complete that first deal.

For that type of listing in that area, don't expect to be booked every night.
