So I think I have the mindset to begin this journey. I already ordered the book “Building Wealth one house at a time” and I been putting my nose into any and all information I can get. I also will be joining my first meetup/network event here in Orlando, FL tomorrow night. A question I have I may get an answer tomorrow but I thought why not ask here. When first thinking to buy your first property and realizing you need to fix it up. At what cost would you consider contracting workers and at what cost would you consider doing it yourself?
