Electrical projects are expensive, time consuming, and dangerous.

I saw an article somewhere a few weeks ago where there was a stat that read more than 1 million fewer students are attending college due to the pandemic.

That's living dangerously......what if someone gets hurt? 

Because it was newer I didn't have to renovate and there will be fewer repairs and maintenance in the near future.

Lead paint is only dangerous if eaten (it has a sweet taste, which is why kids eat it) or ingested as dust during renovation.
