Sounds like you've found a place where you can get decent rents for a decent and well maintained property.You could refinance the newly stabilized property and take cash out as well.Now is the time to borrow money.

Hey my name is stan and I am new to this platform.

Everyone who spend any amount of time on BP would agree this is an awesome platform, whether it's the forums, podcast, blogs, networking or more.I wanted to share a few specific things that I've gained directly through BP in 2019, and would love if you would share some too. 

BP forum  has been a great platform to connect, share and help each other. 

I received two recommendations on another platform, but the first person I contacted created a conflict of interest and the other only worked on issues with borrowers.

I’m interested in knowing what other platforms RE investors recommend using to advertise their rentals.

Is there another platform similar to listsource gear towards commercial only?

@Celivette Saez are you referring to Judicial Sales, or online E Buyer auction platforms like Auction.com? 

Areas like Davis Islands where the price of real estate is through the roof...well above what you can rent for...is not a great spot, but areas where you can still get decent rents vs the cost of the real estate...say in an area like Brandon near I75 and the Mall...are better spots.
