Good management is your first line of defense, then insurance, then some business entity but a business entity isn't necessary at all if you take care of the first two aspects.

It is a great place to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more.

It just so happens that that real estate, while it can be a professional endeavor is also an area where people may engage in the practice of some aspects of real estate without very much of a formal education.

That said, there is one huge positive aspect to buying in cheap areas on the edge of, or in the possible path of, gentrification or future job growth.

Just a point made stretching the aspects out of boredom.But, yes, as you read about the topic, it's the same thing and never considered any difference until you asked!

If you're ready to begin investing and you believe Mobile / Modular homes are a focus you want to stick with, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the program for a couple reasons.1) Cost - I did Rich Dad BEFORE this and that was thousands of dollars.2) Content - The educational aspect is quite extensive.

I like to brand myself so maintaining my own website is critical but using rei tools that integrate well with my site is quite useful.

I agree with J Scott, but steering a buyer to a lender is a touchy area and tying a Realtor into that scheme can be a problem for them as it is steering an illegal aspect in most states if not, it's certainly an ethics violation.
