In general, I’m a big advocate for coaching.

In some areas, where a few of our gurus or wanabe gurus deal their local area may be different, OTH, it probably isn't and they are coaching from the back room putting your tail on the line.

I did 8 deals my first year, and maybe made $40k, this was with high end coaching from my company and even 8 deals is considered really good.  

but I do mentor/coach for free all the time.

Desi is a contractor and teacher and I am a self-employed intuitive coach.  

@Anthony Crouts my real estate coach recommended that I create a school report if I plan to work specifically with investors.

I did a coaching/mentoring program and that was a huge benefit to me and sent me on a great path.

I also coach people locally.
