My partner Desi and I love rehabbing and re envisioning houses.  Desi is a contractor and teacher and I am a self-employed intuitive coach.  We are rehabbed our current property and guest house and are preparing to move into another property for rehab soon.  We are interesting in buying and holding and flipping.  I am grateful to all the learning on BiggerPockets.  Thank you!
