Hire a tax professional to help set everything up. 

If there are terms for terminating the contract, read them carefully. 

The irs doesn’t care about the title holder, it only cares about the tax payer being the same on both deals.

You still have to do the work which it sounds like you have done and are willing to do but it’s about leveraging the knowledge of others and using all your resources to the fullest that creates true generational wealth as apposed to a little cashflow.I have spent over $300k on mentors, training, personal and professional development. 

Networking OpportunitiesOnce you obtain a real estate license, it will allow you to access professional industry events and meet other licensed individuals.

I find that I can take care of most things inside of Baselane, and initiate transfers into and out of using the Baselane website.
