so I found an off market property and now I'm looking to get in contact with owner p.s I did research him and his brother own the property but his brother passed away in 2006. and this gentlemen is 84 years old and no contact phone number listed is working . could the property be abandoned?

My brother and I put 25% down on the house and paid for the rehab ourselves. 

We currently live in a 4 bedroom 2800 sq ft house and my nephew, who will be 21 this summer lives with us.After he graduated high school, I told him that he would have to go to work or get a job and he would have to pay rent.I charged him $300 a month which is waaaaay below market value.Anyway, he’s studying to be a notary and he wanted to use his brother’s room (he moved out last year) as an office.I let my nephew know that the room isn’t free and if he wants another space, he’ll have to pay what his brother was paying; $300.

My brother and I are purchasing a lot that has two buildings on it as an investment property.

I was literally telling my brother about this yesterday saying I will come there this weekend and I got the call from tenant first thing this morning. 

I'm looking for some direction and for some reason, it's been very difficult finding that connection with my situation and someone to guide me.My brother introduced me to the strategy here and now I have lots of questions. 

I ended up staying with my brother for six months while working at a nail salon out here called beauty bar and in six months started my own nail business which I am known as Hannah Espejo Nail artistry on yelp!

My brother has a property out there with a lot of foundation issues and would like to consult with a lawyer.
