Unincorporated Residential Legal Advice

Good evening! I wanted to see if anyone has a good contact for legal advice on an unincorporated residential property outside of the Dallas area. My brother has a property out there with a lot of foundation issues and would like to consult with a lawyer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

They also are looking for a structural engineer contact on the south side of Dallas if anyone knows anyone. Thanks!
