Electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, cable/satellite TV are all on the list.

I think the biggest issue you're going to run into comes down to time differences and difficulty traveling to the property.

However, that is of course a question your market needs to answer for you, not some random opinion from the internet - he he.If you are going to pony up for a new floor and pulling the plywood is part of that, one option there is to go old-school classic mixed with modern technology.

(You may also want to search google with the keyword BiggerPockets, the results algorithm on Google is better than the one here on the BP website...if that's their biggest flaw though then they're doing something very right in my opinion :-) ) If you can't find the answer to your specific question in the blog / forums than by all means post up your question for feedback. 

What I mean here is that the biggest challenge that investors have is "cash out of pocket".
