If she if afraid of her husband, that's what divorce attorneys and the court are for - not landlords/owners who have rented to both parties and have a legal obligation to provide access to all tenants.I generally will let them know that I wish them well as the go through this "life adventure" and that I am obligated - as are they - to fulfill the terms of the current lease until expiration.
