I would also hire a coach but some people feel differently than me on that point.

Hello, Any recommendation on property management in Las Vegas?

Hello Everyone,I'm a new investor and would like to purchase a property in Las Vegas.

I sold a few in that range for cash over the years.. and those folks still have them.. they are in Portland OR. and the funds came from 1031's out of Vegas before it cratered.... good luck with it.... buying SFR's in a non appreciating market for that level of investor I would not recommend at all.  

They spend a couple weeks every other month at their vacation home and commute back to their primary home in Las Vegas.

@Jeff Hall Hi Jeff, my name is Gus and I too am looking for an attorney/firm in the las vegas NV area who have experience with land contracts, promissory notes, owner financing deals with lease options and subject to deals. 

Las Vegas is only 2 hours from you so maybe thats an alternative.

I'm going to be lending to house flippers in Las Vegas and the deal is going to be secured by a note.
