Lending to flippers in Nevada -seeking professional advise

I'm going to be lending to house flippers in Las Vegas and the deal is going to be secured by a note. The amount that is being lended is the house cost (bought at discount) +the renovation cost+all related deal in&out costs. I know that the flippers in this case have no skin in the game but from what I've seen so far they seem to have delivered quite a lot of successful deals. The exact structure of the deal is that either I provide all the loan for a single home or a broker will bundle my investment with someone else's money and we both will be written as the note owners. Once the flip is done the profit is being shared between the investor and the flippers.

My question is, can you recommend any lawyer that specializes in these kinds of deals since I want him to go over the papers and make sure that everything is ok? and is there any other type of professional service provider that you could recommend that can help me review this deal and make sure that it's ok?
