New Investor in Las Vegas

Hello Everyone, I'm a new investor and would like to purchase a property in Las Vegas. The problem is I only have $15k to start. I picked Las Vegas because of the lower prices and proximity to where I originally live? Any advice on how I can get started or should I stay away until I build more capital?? Eager and ready to get starter just not sure if I'm ready based on my low capital. Thanks, JB

You can likely find a condo that you can get into with some seller carry help with the capital you have.  I recommend doing that near Nellis AFB where you will be able to rent to Air Force Personnrel.
