Most trainers haven’t bought in a long while.

I recently founded Auben Capital Partners to focus my time and energy on raising capital.Today, I lead a team of SFR experts who have transacted over 2 billion dollars in sales, completed over 30,000 renovations/developments and leased over 20,000 units.However it was a long road to get to this point, full of lots of challenges and lessons learned.

Anyone else that's been listening as long as I have out there who can remember which episode I'm thinking of?

I focus on long term appreciation plays. 

If your property was in a downtown high rise, walking distance to the Action then you would have a demographic willing to pay for it.  

Possible, but risky to do it all long distance.#5 For the most part all our auctions are on the same day...1st Tuesday of the month. 

My thought is, as long as it isnt trendy and wont go out of style, why not just get the best product for the money. 7mm will give you more wear, right?
