Cool to hear Matthew, as of right now Fargo, ND is still behind the times in regulation. 

My name is Omar Santander a new investor that is interested in residential units (single-family and multifamily, with a particular emphasis on multiunit), house hacking, long-distance investing, BRRRR and mid/long-term rentals.

I bought my first property for $107,500 put 10% down borrowed 80% LTV from Wells Fargo at 11.75% rate and my father lent me the last 10% and charged me interest the same as Wells Fargo did 11.75%.  

2)  How long have you been STR investing?
