Don't disconnect, just leave them hanging to dry out. 

But honestly the standard is Wordpress which is a little bit more of a learning curve then Weebly, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be good to go, and you'll be able to do anything you can think of website-wise.

It seems to me that the kitchens aren't for cooking that much anymore they're designed more to hanging out and eating 'take out'.

But you're getting hung up on things (maybe even the wrong things), those buyers probably think you're being greedy (they can see what you bought it for after all), and your hang ups are hurting your sale. 

You will have to iron out the details with whichever broker you hang your license with.If you have problems with them allowing you to do for-fee property management under their license, you could do a few things:1.)

They can hang it on you, ruined there credit, losses can be much more than the value of the property.

That last one was hilarious it reminds me of one of mine from last year when I was walking neighborhoods and hanging big yellow notices on doors.
