Happy New Year from a newbie in Columbus, OH!

My name is Jason and I live in Columbus, OH (well, specifically Westerville) and my wife and I want to start investing in real estate.  We are also looking to relocate to Florida in the next couple of years.  I am a Navy veteran and I am self-employed.  My family owns a small fleet of vehicles that we use to move expedited freight around the country.  My goal is to be able to develop another income stream entirely.  I have no experience in real estate but I am very eager to learn (which seems very overwhelming at this moment).  BP seems to be the best place to start learning.
