As pictured, you get to pull a plugged-in washer out of the hole, with water spraying around, to get to the shutoff valves and unplug it.If possible, try to have a regular outlet (120 V) available for the countertop as well - especially if the ironing board will fit in the laundry area.

Unless the law says otherwise, such as holes from finishing nails.. everything is damaged, if it does not look the same as we delivered it.Holes bigger than a finishing nail, patched walls from tenants trying to cover up holes, stains on the walls from furniture or people heads or whatever the hell they spilt on it, is not normal.

Rarely they test your skill, and if you follow that, you're in the hole and they'll look closer, but that's all they could do -- cite a correction.

On the neighbor, the water meter and shutoff valve were a bit crooked in the hole, so it was difficult to turn the water on and off, and the neighbor didn't want to go to the trouble of turning it off and on when he needed water.
