Should I pay more for gutter guards?
Hi
My duplex is in need of new gutters and soffit facia. However, it was recommended for me to getter guards. Im looking at $650 more with a goal costs to replace gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and soffit costing $2k instead of $1400 without gutter guards ...
I was advised to get gutter guards the costs over time would be more with a cleaning twice a year than just paying extra now saving myself money....
So should I get gutter guards? Or regular gutters would be okay for an investment property in Atlanta..

I don't need new gutters but I am considering two different guard products: gutter brushes and gutter stuff foam. Does anyone have any experience with these?
