I'm in short vacation rentals here in Scottsdale, but i am also looking for network with others in the space.I come from a finance background and understand how to implement/improve systems. 

I like to ask your advices and can I attend meeting/networks in Toronto to have an advice and help me to start in investing real estate.

I'm sure it will make a huge difference in opportunity and networking.

@Paul Barnwell I would start attending REI meetups that way when you are ready to pull the trigger, your network and team are already in place.

I believe that by making connections and networking with other like minded people, we can all benefit and learn to be the best investors we can be.

I know that part of being successful in anything is networking and building relationships with like-minded people.

Sounds like you should hire a professional bookkeeper to manage your financials on the day-to-day or month-to-month basis and have him or her report those earnings to a good CPA who is knowledgable about real estate.

Looking for a reccomendation for a good and reliable CPA in MetroAtlanta area , with RE investment experience . 

Suggest talk to your CPA something does not gyrate or incomplete input data.

Obviously $400 a month is not a lot of money so i have to guess this is the first of more to come.I question the CPA’s recommendation of not makng this an LLC.
