New from Katy, Texas

It's amazing to have BP with so much clarity given for free.

Brand new from Katy, Texas. I'm in a unique situation (like everyone else). I'm in the middle of opening a new (2nd) business, have a decent income, and tons of student debt. I'm here to learn and meet some cool people so that when my situation stabilizes, I'll be prepared for opportunity.

I've wanted to do REI since I read RDPD and Richest Man in Babylon at age 16. The goal is to start with SFH and work up to apartment complexes eventually (possibly commercial strip centers). For now, just reading a ton and perusing the forums to get a greater sense of the nuances for each situation.

I love teaching as well, so hopefully as my experience gets better I can help someone else be successful.

Thanks to everyone!

-Paul
