Hello BP Community! I am a new investor in Salem, OR. I've been a BP member for 2 years now, just absorbing everything. We bought our first duplex in October, 2017 and I can say without a doubt, it was all due to Bigger Pockets and these forums. We are now actively looking for our next deal. Ideally we want small multi-family again, looking to be able to house hack and BRRRR it. Looking forward to connecting with others on the forums, continuing to learn, and contributing where I can.
