Spend that 2k on a direct mail campaign and invest your time here. 

Sounds like you have to stay doing a mailing campaign or going direct to listing agent.

Cost estimate for a successful marketing campaign?

In addition to having my own website & my own leads coming in from CraigsList (not that many yet), I am now doing all the marketing followup for a particular campaign that was launched in June by these fellow BP'ers.

I would recommend for you to do a mailing campaign to the apartment complexes where there are condo's that sell for under 80K and offer cash for their property.

Over the past few months I have listened to EVERY BP Podcast, read multiple books, and started my first direct mail marketing campaign.

From what I've read and heard on the podcast successful wholesalers are mailing upwards of 2,000 letters a month which I didn't have the capital to do since I was funding my campaign with my full-time job's paycheck.
