I will agree with @Nicholas L. that you do need to complete all of your due diligence on the front end in these areas for the price point you mentioned, because there are a lot of horror stories out there.

So the asynchronous nature of tenant requests, coupled with trying to get them handed out to the right handyman, plumber, etc, are driving me insane.Is this something that can be outsourced without going to a full 3rd party property management arrangement?

It might be a good idea to test it out while it's free to see if it's a good fit for you.It is clear to me that JP Morgan is very focused on developing a strong product to compete with other property management systems because they have taken all of my feedback seriously, and implemented many of my suggested revisions.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any realtors in the Oklahoma City area who have a background in home construction or repair and are able to approach it through that lens to help identify all problems as early as possible to help with negotiations?
