Story by J.P. Morgan Feedback

I'm looking for a property management system for 10 units and growing. I see a lot of people are using Avail, TurboTenant, Buildium, etc. I noticed that J.P. Morgan just launched a new service called "Story" for rent collection, banking, tenant screenings, etc. Has anyone tried this out?

I have been beta testing the JP Morgan "Story" platform over the last year, and it has been extremely useful for helping to scale my firm's multifamily investment portfolio. Since the product is still so new, they've been granting beta testers free access to the product's functionality in exchange for feedback and bug reports. I understand that this is a deal they will continue throughout the rest of 2023. It might be a good idea to test it out while it's free to see if it's a good fit for you.

It is clear to me that JP Morgan is very focused on developing a strong product to compete with other property management systems because they have taken all of my feedback seriously, and implemented many of my suggested revisions. I have found it especially useful for lease/rent roll management, as well as rent collections. Our tenants have also given us very positive feedback about their experience with it, and nearly all of them use the online portal to pay their rent.
