Any tricks or tools you've used to help your clients win recently? 

Are there any tricks or ways to do it without just completely eating the capital gains tax?? 

We found one that was when we lived in Michigan and his tricks have helped us find others that either knew the tricks or were willing to listen and implement them saving us money and him time. 

@Ben Jernigan- thanks for the post -   your employment is classified as  " seasonal "  employment by lenders ...this scenario can  be trick to  get loan approval for due to  jobs  gaps  and job  changes  .   

Here's the trick, I use a few different ones and some are more skilled than others.

The trick is to get the marketing systems in place to where you have a great lead funnel and then you can wholesale the ones you don't want, flip the ones you do and keep rentals on your favorite ones.

The trick will be finding a bitcoin escrow service that understands you have to price it at the very last minute.. maybe have the escrow keep some extra funds from the buyer as agreement to pay any fees/conversion to get it to USD in seller's bank account...

Any good deal need not be posted on a paid ad site, a simple post on BP or an email blast to a buyers list would do the trick.
