I'm wondering if anybody in the BP Nation (thanks Will Barnard) has taken Dave Van Horn's PPR Mentoring program? If so can you please comment on your personal results?

I have been active in the note business for the last 5 years. I also work the non performing 2nd mortgage space. I'm a PPR student, I have known Dave Van Horn for the last 7 years. Dave is my mentor. Taking the PPR note course changed my life. 2 years ago, I left a 9 to 5 job after 15 years to pursue the note business full time. Like Dave told me long ago, there will be lots of money made in the non performing 2nd mortgage space, he is correct. Education is the key, PPR is the real deal and so is Dave.
