Eugene places in Top 5 'Sold Over List Price.' 

Not a whole lot to go off of but two of the most recent offers submitted for clients in Eugene had 5 and 6 other offers respectively. 

The usages of both escalation clauses as well as appraisal gap stipulations is becoming more common place to secure offers.
