Have your tenant make the checks out to the LLC, set up a bank account that will allow for electronic deposits and online payments, and run all of the rental business income and expenses through that account.

We do 10 meetups a week. 3 are in Charlotte Physically on Wednesdays, and the rest can be heard and seen online etc.

Yes, some of the same properties will be available through ListSource but the list truly is yours.Once you have your prospects, do a tax search for the owner online for free through the local town's tax payment site, and then market to them how you wish whether it be yellow letters, postcards, etc.
