I just started using social media and BP last week because one of my younger and smarter associates urged me to do so.

I was using a service to manage my social media but I cut back on that.

Doing it over the phone can be efficient as well. googling is not always effective for those that dont have a public or social media presence.

A manager makes assignments (aka delegates), make all major decisions (aka tenant screening) and steps back to allow the assignees perform.Unwind the wife - - Heir a bookkeeper and let her do the 'fun stuff' - - run ads, post to social media, et al. 

Social media and your iphone are the new business cards.

Please come over and fix the light.The plugs keep falling out of the outlets. 

Don't forget to just Google their name, check the social media, and youtube.
