Starting out in Dallas
I'm new to BP. I'm looking to buy in Dallas. What are the better neighborhoods to invest in for B-class property? Is this market too hot right now to start out in?

I agree that more deals that I see in Dallas are kind of picked over and not really a deal. I say find a goodturn key provider. I like Jason Hartman he has a great podcast on single-family investing. If I do a 1031 1 for 2 or 1 for 3 Exchange it probably would be with his company. That being said I haven't purchased through him yet I've just traveled to check out some of his providers and talk to some of his clients.
