Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Big Rock.

No one told me about this topic but I was wondering out loud if our investment dollars are parked in syndicated deals whether as deal sponsor or limited partner, directly investment by us or by our corporation; would those dollars be considered by FAFSA as our assets that we need to spend from as family responsibility?

I gave in but will stipulation, only a week (clearly that didn't happen), and no loud screaming arguments, also didn't happen.

I wanted to reach out to the BP forms to see if there are in investors in the Little Rock, AR area that would be willing to help me with continuing this journey? 

If the rehab numbers came from a reliable contractor and the ARV numbers came from an rock star agent then you should be alright. 

If so, I would tell him to kick rocks.
