Anyone experienced about impact of investments in Syndications as either LP or GP and effect of it on FAFSA?

@Ronak Shah,

If you buy Wall Street investments, is that considered on FAFSA? If the answer is "Yes", which I think is the case, then the same would apply in a case of an equity investment. If you as a deal sponsor, spend money on purchasing a property, you cannot technically count what's already being spent; you can however count what you earn in a way of fees as a deal sponsor.  These are just my assumptions, so confirming it with your CPA is a must.
