Paint looks kind of baby blue in the picture but its a light gray.Loft painted, it was nice not to have to cover up the ground since we replaced the carpet.Catsby picking out the carpet he likes.Kitchen nearly finished.

Hopefully future updates/ releases will include issues brought to light by their customers. 

My wife and I put in new LVP, painted the walls, changed the hardware on all of the cabinets and repainted them, changed out all the old lighting fixtures and fans and put in granite counter tops.

As to showings, if you need to go through the red light district or have undesirables in an area, the time you show has an obvious bearing on when to show.

New roof, did light reno of kitchen, baths, and interiors, added solar panels, outdoor engagnement Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Would also like to run wires for ceiling mounted can lights and add kitchen hood and bathroom exhausts.

I am happy the grandmother was there because she unintentionally brought light to some things I wouldn't have noticed.
