RentRedi Mobile App - Have you seen this issue?
Hello BPverse!
I'm new to using RentRedi as my main tenant/ property management app. The desktop version of the software has been great. Fairly easy to use with a small learning curve. My issue is that I installed the RentRedi mobile app and none of the information I have in my dashboards (property, tenants, documents) appear inside the mobile app. I have a case open with their Support and set up a Zoom call for next Thursday, but I'd like to figure this out before then. Has anyone run into this? I work in tech, so I've done all the basic troubleshooting such as logging in and out of the app, reinstalling the app, yet nothing has worked to pull in the data to the mobile version.
Let me know what you think!
Thanks!

No problem at all. I will definitely update this thread after I work with them. I had high hopes because everything was working well. I didn't have any property or tenant info in my account until last night, so the app was always blank. Now it's still blank. Their Customer Service has been decent so far. They had a deal last year so I only paid like $50 instead of $100 for a year of service. Figured I'd try it out.
