The area just south of Highway 80 and west of Division St has a lot of upside potential with new Amazon distribution center going in there in the area, It's set to open in 2022 and they will be hiring 1000 new employees.

Also keep in mind that Solo 401k plan is not for everyone, to qualify one must have legitimate self-employment activity or a business w/to full time employees.

The solo can be used if you own your own business and you don't have any other employees-it has to be set up in a trust name.

This is an important step for shifting your mindset from employee-minded to business/investment minded.

If you are a W2 employee now, you are probably better off staying there until you purchase your first home.  

Also interested in getting involved in the real estate business as an employee while I finish school. 

Define the tasks for these new employees.

He and I have some employees that already do much of the day to day .
