Hello everyone,

My name is Daniel and I am 21 years old. Currently studying at Indiana University of Northwest. Seeking my Bachelors in Business Admin. minor in Marketing. I have come to BiggerPockets in hopes to learn more about real estate and connect with other investors in the Northwest Indiana region. I have minimal experience, which is why I am looking for mentors who may be willing to help me in my process of buying my first property. I am looking for SFH under $100k. Also interested in getting involved in the real estate business as an employee while I finish school. If anyone is looking to hire, I am worth the time to interview.
