Seems like a solid deal to me, I just need him to understand the deal but we are 3k miles apart so the communication and physical evidence of this deal potentially working on paper makes it tough.

You can get a quick feel to see if that is someone you'd like working with, how they like to communicate and if you are a good fit to work together.

I think you can do business with family but you have to communicate very well and make sure expectations are managed so things don’t get out of control.

Having someone specialized look at the gives you the best shot at making sure every any any deduction is taken, and they can tell you if there's money back to be had.It could be a matter of errors, or communication issues, not getting the right documents. 

The only thing that they do on a continuous basis that I really feel like I need them for is the guest communication.

Communication has been poor in my opinion so I am always looking for a back up option.
